The Middle East talent Venice Film Festival showcase added star power to the 82nd edition of the prestigious event, held from August 27 to September 6, 2025. Armani Beauty, the official beauty sponsor of the festival, highlighted a lineup of Middle Eastern actors and influencers across its glamorous events in Venice.

At the chic Venice Venice Hotel, owned by the founders of Golden Goose, photo shoots and cocktail parties drew international attention. Spanish actor Miguel Ángel Silvestre was seen during festival photoshoots, while Tunisian influencers Marwa Agrebi and Sara Cherif, along with Moroccan star Meryem Said, attended Armani’s private cocktail evening on Thursday.

Friday night brought a touch of Middle Eastern elegance to the Doge’s Palace overlooking St. Mark’s Square. Armani hosted a lavish dinner where Lebanese-Jordanian actress Andria Tayeh, known for Netflix’s Al Rawabi School for Girls, made a dazzling appearance. Earlier this year, Tayeh was named Middle East ambassador for Armani Beauty and French haircare brand Kérastase. She is also stepping into the role of presenter for The Voice Kids on MBC. “It’s my first ever experience as a presenter, and it’s an honor to do this with my MBC family. All of it is exciting, and I’m loving every second,” Tayeh shared.

The Armani dinner featured a long table adorned with white linens and lush green hydrangeas. Guests included global stars such as Cate Blanchett, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and supermodel Madisin Rian, making it one of the festival’s most photographed gatherings.

The glamour continued on Saturday at Giorgio Armani’s legendary annual afterparty, hosted in the historic Arsenale di Venezia. Guests enjoyed a curated showcase of archived Armani runway shows from 1975 to 2005, while a DJ kept the celebration alive until the early hours of the morning.

The Middle East talent Venice Film Festival appearances underscore the growing global presence of Arab actors, models, and influencers, showing how the region’s creative voices are becoming an integral part of international culture and fashion.
