Festus Keyamo has called on All Progressives Congress (APC) members to focus their energy on the Tinubu 2027 re-election campaign. Speaking during an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday, Keyamo emphasized that President Bola Tinubu urgently needs a second term to complete the economic reforms currently underway.

Keyamo, who serves as the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, stressed the importance of policy continuity. He warned that disrupting the current administration’s fiscal and economic strategies would, consequently, be disastrous for Nigeria. According to him, halting the ongoing reforms in 2027 would, once again, mirror past failures where governments abandoned critical initiatives.

“The most profound thing I will say here today is that every single APC member in this country today should be concentrating on the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, irrespective of whether it affects your personal interest or not,” Keyamo declared firmly.

Moreover, he insisted that Tinubu’s economic recovery plans demand a full two terms to achieve lasting success. Without that continuity, Keyamo argued, Nigeria risks falling back into cycles of “inchoate” and poorly implemented policies that cannot tackle deep-rooted economic challenges.

In addition, the Tinubu 2027 re-election campaign discussion highlights broader concerns among APC leaders about sustaining policy momentum. Keyamo’s comments, therefore, reflect an urgent push within the party to solidify early support and avoid internal divisions that could harm Tinubu’s second-term prospects.

As a result, with the political atmosphere already shifting ahead of 2027, Keyamo’s strong appeal to party loyalty and national interest signals a clear message: finishing Tinubu’s reform agenda is crucial for Nigeria’s long-term stability and growth.
